Why Horizon

Three reasons clients stop shopping around

We built Horizon for the jobs other cleaners quote low and finish fast. Ours are measured, documented and done properly.

Deep extraction, not surface shampoo

Hot-water extraction lifts the embedded grit, allergens and traffic-lane soil that domestic machines leave behind, then pulls the moisture back out so rooms are usable the same day. Shampooing brightens the surface. Extraction removes what makes carpet look flat and grey in the first place.

Fixed quotes, no on-site surprises

We price on rooms, fibre and soil level before we arrive. The number we send is the number you pay.

Scheduling around your operation

Hotels and offices do not stop for cleaning. We work after hours and floor by floor, with one point of contact from quote to sign-off.

Carpet, upholstery, rugs and stains

Four services, done properly, by the two people who own the business.

Carpet Cleaning

Hot-water extraction, pre-spray agitation and a pH-balanced rinse for every carpeted room.

Upholstery and Sofa Cleaning

Fabric-tested, low-moisture cleaning for lounges, chairs and compatible upholstery.

Rug Cleaning

Loose rugs cleaned off the floor and matched to the fibre, with controlled drying to protect the backing.

Stain Removal

Wine, coffee, pet accidents and grease, treated by matching the chemistry to the stain.

A cleaning company built around one word: standard.

Horizon Solutions Group began with a simple frustration: carpet cleaning that looked good for a week. So we invested in commercial extraction equipment and a documented process, then applied the same standard to a family living room as to a hotel floor.

Four steps. No surprises.

The same ten documented steps whether it is one bedroom or a full office floor.

Free assessment

Send photos or book a walkthrough. We check fibre type, soil level, stains and access, then confirm a fixed price in writing.

Prepare and protect

Furniture moved and blocked, corners guarded, traffic lanes and stains pre-sprayed so soil releases before extraction.

Deep extract

Hot-water extraction at controlled pressure and temperature, followed by a pH-balanced rinse that leaves no sticky residue.

Inspect together

We walk the job with you, groom the pile and leave drying instructions. If anything is not right, we come back.

Absolutely outstanding service from the Horizon team. They cleaned our sofa, which had over two years of use without a professional clean and, with a dog who also loves using the sofa, it definitely needed some attention! \u{1F605}

From the moment they arrived, everything was professional and well organised. They were right on time, quickly set up all their equipment, and took great care to protect and organise the area. They explained the entire cleaning, drying and maintenance process in detail, and together we identified the areas that needed extra attention.

The whole job was done with incredible care, and everything we discussed was completed exactly as promised. The results were impeccable and honestly exceeded all our expectations. Our sofa looks and feels amazing again.

We highly recommend the Horizon team to anyone looking for professional carpet and sofa cleaning. Fantastic service from start to finish.
